Once your order has been received, the selected rug(s) will take 24 hours for packing and will be dispatched from our Melbourne Showroom/Warehouse to your nominated address using a variety of freight brokers that provide the best options such as Startrack, TNT, TOLL and many more.
Depending on your address, shipping times will vary. Below is an expected time frame for your goods to arrive to you.

Collection
We do also offer pickup from our showroom in Malvern, for all your pickups we require 24-48 hours processing time. You will receive a notification that your item is ready for collection.
